Business Continuity During COVID-19
The novel coronavirus outbreak is affecting each and every one of us and is slowly becoming one of the biggest threats to the global economy. Business continuity is a top priority for us here at Bigstep and we want to share a few things that we are doing to ensure that we continue to deliver uninterrupted services during these unprecedented times.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have started enforcing a work-from-home policy for our global team. Limiting as much as possible the spread of the virus is everyone’s duty and we need to adapt and respond in the best way possible.
However, life and business should not come to a halt. That is why we have made all the necessary arrangements for our employees to have all the tools they need in order to continue their work with zero interruptions and to ensure our clients with the best possible services.
We remain in constant contact with our data center providers and suppliers and are confident that they too are taking the proper measures to ensure the continued reliability that people have grown to count on from the Bigstep team.
All support services continue to operate normally and remain available 24/7. We continue to remain present and available on all existing communication channels and aim to deliver timely responses to any request.
The normal day-to-day conditions apply to our work-from-home policy. Our security mechanisms and measures remain in place during this period.
