Video: Fostering Digital Transformation with Team-as-a-Service
November 10-11 marked the 10th anniversary edition of GoTech World, the largest IT & Digital business event in Central & Eastern Europe. We joined on the Business Transformation stage with a talk on fostering digital transformation with Team-as-a-Service and we are now sharing it with all of you.
With more than 15 years of experience in various IT areas, such as IT Project Management and R&D, Mihail Musat is now Director of Technical Operations at Bigstep, and oversees several different business areas, from Technical Customer Support to Security Audits. He will go on the business track to share his expertise on servers, big data workloads, ISO certifications, GDPR, and security.
As digital transformation has been confirmed as a must-have priority for most organizations, some have even made this a continuous focus as part of their constant organizational growth. While the technological progress, hardware and software, is out there to support such Transformation Processes, Mihail discussed the knowledge and human know-how challenge. Team-as-a-Service can be just the answer we might all be looking for in such accelerated times.
Through his talk, he answered questions such as:
- What are the customer expectations from Team-as-a-Service?
- How to scale for Black Friday?
- What tools does your business own online?
- What external tools does it depend upon?
- Where can things go wrong and how to prepare?
And presented case studies for:
- Proactive monitoring
- Tailored deployments
- Complex troubleshooting and incident management
